I've only visited Excalibur to shop and eat. It is one of my favorite hotels on the strip. It possesses the whimsical quality that I do love about Las Vegas. Excalibur is a family friendly hotel. Because minors cannot be on the casino floor it is a very segregated hotel. Food, shopping and entertainment can be easily accessed away from the casino floor. It creates a less open feel then some other casinos but that is helped by the castle feel of the place. There have been recent renovations to the food court that leaves it with a nice, crisp, feel. More family mall than gambling experience, it is still worth the walk through.
