The experience inside the Golden Nugget was fine. When we cam out to retrieve our vehicle from Valet we were told it would not start and they would not help us. We were basically left stranded. My sister spoke to a Manager who also refused to aid us. We went in with a working vehicle that we had no issue with then come out to a vehicle that would not start. A simple jump was needed but Golden Nugget wouldn't provide that simple service to a Customer. After a heated conversation they came to us and offeed to call a service to come aid but we were not allowed to park that vehicle in Valet for future visit.
There will be NO future visit from us. We will gladly patron other Casino Hotels in the area that do aid their customers in sudden unexpected distress.
