We were very happy with the hotel and the excellent customer service. My compliments to the manager because the front desk staff always acknowledged you, were very attentive, and appeared happy. There were lots of staff on doing cleaning and security. It was our first time off the strip and we were very satisfied. The music at the pool was not loud or the techno pop they play at other resorts. Loved the lap pool. We found it hard to leave and go to the strip because the hotel offered so much (enjoyed the lounge acts). The coupons were even useful. Thanks for the great stay.
