Checked in on 11/06/2016. Was not happy from the beginning. Got my reservation online and I till this very day have my final total which was $173.60. Never mention anything about taxes online we get surprise when it is time to check out. We ended up paying our final bill of $285.60 was not happy. then. Beware of resort fees which is not mentioned online On the 11/08/2016 the toilet backs up called for help. Maintenance came by only to use the bathroom the next morning toilet still clogged. Called front desk they send maintenance again he bring the snake to clear the line then left his mess.The room smelted bad, It was nasty. We had to go find a toilet somewhere else. We had bad experience there. The bathroom could use some cleaning.
