Stayed here with a group of people Dec. 8-11. Worst stay in Las Vegas, NV. We had multiple issues with every room... Dirty rooms, no hot water, flooded rooms, stains on the carpet, very slow valet, poor food quality, and very very poor customer service there was no help to any issue. The friend that had his room flooded had troubles switching rooms, when he finally got a new room and was sound asleep at 3:30 am security broke his lock on his door and tried to kick him out calling him homeless... He called the front desk and there response was "sorry security shouldn't be there, we need a new credit card on file." nothing was compensated for him. This was a complete nightmare and definitely not worth the cheap room. Absolutely does not deserve the 3.5 star rating it has.
