Bally's literally saved my life. I had a reservation at the Chelsea which was cancelled (unbeknownst to me until I got to the property the day of check-in) when they decided to close until Summer 2017. Frantically, I called Bally's and spoke to a young lady by the name of Tanisha, whom assured me that she would be able to get me into a room for the night. She was so pleasant and warm over the phone that I had to meet her when I checked in. Once I got to the front desk I was helped by a woman named Jacqueline and my goodness when I tell you this woman helped me. She helped me find something to eat, gave me information about the area and things to do during my stay and she also went and got Tanisha so I could meet her. The property itself was beautiful and everything you could expect from an upscale accommodation but this review is more so for the 2 young women who helped me in my time of despair. Jacqueline and Tanisha, I know I already thanked you guys but I can not stop and have not stopped raving about you two since we met. I WILL be back to Bally's and I WILL recommend everyone there. Thank you both so much for restoring my faith in hospitality and customer service alike.
