Very disappointing, I do not recommend especially for the hotel. I can go anywhere and have fat miserable people ignore me. I hoped for a different experience at this hotel and casino. This is the hospitality industry that means you are supposed to do for others things they are not able to do for themselves. 90% of the staff members in the restaurants in particular are unfriendly slow and texting on their cell phones. Stayed here over Christmas and only two staff members said Merry Christmas. Everyone else either ignored me or said hi. The hotel room walls are so thin I could hear people using their hairdryer on one side of me and at 6 in the morning I could hear snoring from the other room next to me. Ridiculous! The only two good things I would say are the rooms are spacious and clean and the food is very fairly priced. One of the restaurant managers named Karen was extremely friendly and helpful. The valet was also very helpful in getting all of my luggage up to the room quickly and safely.
However the first night here there was a baby coyote running around the parking lot and on the second day in the middle of the day there was a raccoon climbing on top of the pool bar.
