19 kitchen is the restaurant lounge on the top of Harvey's. We never expect much except a fantastic view. The food is OK, but your paying a fortune for average...so there's that. The service is where things are so strange. Anyone willing to pay $20 for a glass of red wine is likely a better than average tipper...But every single time we come in I'm stunned at the lack of effort, initiative, friendliness- yadda yadda. Maybe everyone who works there is independently wealthy and only work there to get out of their winter chalet...If that's the case then my bewilderment can finally come to an end.
