Absolutely not recommended ! I came with my family for Xmas Holiday , unfortunately bad choice to come into this resort. All staffs are rude and unfriendly, mask faces and not welcoming! Room services are the worst,not changing bath towels on daily basis, no supplies for soap or shampoo on daily basis though we called 2 days in a row and no response or action though we put tips inside our room. Having food for lunch or dinner, you should wait lining up at least for 15-20 minutes and when I asked the lady I have 3 kids ,she spoke out"excuse me,go to the manager"! I am disappointed. On the good side , the pool and beach and Japanes restaurant so far so great.
