We arrived at rainforest cafe and waited 15 minutes for someone to come sit us and then was told we'd have to wait because their wait times were 30 minutes with more half the restaurant completely empty. We waited and were finally seated. The environment with the animals and lights and sounds were really cool to watch but that quickly got boring as we had to wait for other an hour to get our burger and sandwich and when they arrived the food tasted plain at best. Our drinks were disgusting and the side order of shrimp was more rubber then sea food. Overall the food was gross drinks were gross wait time was ridiculous and the staff was mediocre. First time there and the last time as well.
