The staff was very friendly and always greeting us everyday with smiles. A special thank you to Hugo and Mayo for making us feel like part of their family. Their kindness and warm smiles were always welcoming and friendly. The food was good and plentiful. The buffet was always filled with different choices for everyone. The Christmas buffet was amazing. The week we were there we ate way too much. Food was always available if not at the buffet there was pizza, chicken, salads and chilli available at other locations on the resort. The entertainment crew deserves a raise!! We were encouraged to participate in games and pool sports everyday. The team was enthusiastic and full of spunk. They put on different shows every night even when it was raining, they did what they could to put on a show for the guests. All I can say is WOW. Even when up against mother nature they did a good job. Our room was a suite. It was a perfect size for us. Our friends were in the adjoining room so it was very convenient. There was only 2 days where the rooms weren't cleaned in the morning while we were out but was taken care of immediately after a phone call. The only negative thing I have to say is we weren't able to tip as much as we wanted to. Everyday I went to get money changed to smaller bills at the front counter, they never had any change. There is enough room in the reception area for a bank or money change and I think they should think about that. They really don't need a VIP room in reception as the whole week we were there, no one was in that room. A big thank you to all at the resort and we will definitely be back.
