New Years weekend. Poor customer service when we had three different concerns with our room. We know the maid allowed children in our room and then someone turned our air conditioning on at 58 degrees . The pretty glass showers leak water all over the floor. In the Casino the cigarette smoke was so thick, it was awful and it also ran out of money to pay its winnings. The restaurant buffet on New Years Day was cold and the only person who seemed to care was a seriously overworked older waitress. The cooks never came out to check the several buffet warmers. And to top it off was the New Years Eve fireworks. They set them off in the parking lot right next to the building,our room and the customers cars. What a serious safety and liability error. This entire venue needs professional management or this building will be poor condition in less than 10 years.
