Casino offers a large variety of slot machines and table games. The restaurants have good food at reasonable prices. The lounges have live entertainment and usually attract a lot of people. The rooms are very nice. The reason I give Sandia 3 stars is because of the staff's attitude. I would say at least 90? of any interaction I have had with ANY employee (from bathroom attendant to security to supervisor...) has been very UNcustomer friendly. They do not smile, are short with their answers in a sarcastic way, and that is when someone actually acknowledges you- usually to pass the matter (good or bad, routine or unexpected) off to the next POORLY trained coworker. I have not experienced such unwelcoming customer service anywhere. I could go on and on about multiple bad interactions I have had, a family member has had, a friend has had, over the years we have been patron's of Sandia. The variety of activities, the fun atmosphere the other visitors create, and the decor/environment is nice at Sandia. I would give 5 stars if the Customer Service policies were just a little better.
