Before this new management change; I truly would have given a 4 to 5 star rating! Now...sad to say, a 1! I truly have enjoyed going to Black Bear Casino, the rooms I think are Great and I appreciate the staff that work hard at cleaning the rooms and making them so comfortable! My husband and I would eat at the Buffet 2-3 times a week; as the food was great. I am totally sad at what the new management has done in regards to taking away the perks that were so Greatly appreciated :( ! Now I don't get any free rooms (used to get two a week); and only get one buffet (used to get two Sunday -Thurs. and two on Friday and Saturday); now only one from Sunday to WEDNESDAY (no Crab night for us anymore). Black Bear will no longer be a part of my weekly routine; and I am using this as a way of Positive Change in my life...So Happy New Year's 2017- I found a New Year's Resolution without much search or thought :)
