After a great cruise with our long-time friends, it was nice to come back so quickly and conveniently thanks to EZ Cruise. Emanuel, the Italian guy, did us a huge favor by making space on his half-way-full van for our party of seven people AND 11 pieces of luggage, so we wouldn't have to wait a minute longer. After waiting in huge lines off and on with 4,500 other cruise passengers for an entire week, it was a breath of fresh air to be able to immediately get on a shuttle. EZ Cruise was one of the only shuttles to have multiple vans waiting to pick up passengers, and their system of white or blue parking tickets was very clear and efficient. Emanuel's friendliness was genuine and comforting. He gave us an upbeat traffic report of lane closures in Houston, and with his positive and friendly attitude, made us feel happy to be home in Texas. Money well spent!
