There are ALWAYS people sitting in chairs at game machines that are just sitting, not playing. People are always asking for cigarettes and on more than 1 occasion I was asked for money for gas for people to get home. The other day a guy asked me for a cigarette. He then proceeded to pull a tissue out of his pocket. I the tissue was a ring that he was trying to get me to buy. The casino does absolutely NOTHING to stop the people that are loitering, begging, or trying to sell bogus things.
