Better food and service on other liners. Checkin staff were clueless. You only got an answer to your questions if you spoke to an "officer". The rest were untrained and ignorant. They cancelled 6 of our 10 ports. Only told us as we boarded. ( ship had a motor problem for at least 3 weeks prior) Xmas day and New Years day were meant to be on ship. They made these port days. Offered 50% discount on cruise for destroying our holiday. After taking out port fees, gratuities etc etc really only 30%. Oh 50% off next cruiseas well. They did nothing to show we should travel with them again.
