Wow! That is probably the only way that I could describe my experience at this hotel, and not in a pleasant way. My girlfriend and I decided to splurge a little and spend our two year anniversary here. There were so many things that went wrong, I ended up writing a list.
The pool was closed, which was not disclosed upon the time of reservation. Which was one of the biggest reasons I wanted to stay there.
When we got into the rooms, it looked like someone had already laid in the beds. The bedding was all bunched up. The mattress was terrible. The pillow cases were too small for the pillows. Worst of all, when we turned down the duvet, there was a dried up scab on the fitted sheet!! Yuck!
Besides that, there was urine on the walls around the toilet. (One of the urine marks had blood in it, making it even more noticeable) There was hair in the shower and in the toilet. The fan that ran with the heater had loud consistent clicking noise, and if you do not separate the metal hangers in the wardrobe, they will rattle together and make a noise that resembles an alarm clock. And one of the oddest things was that the window was glued shut.
The experience was very frustrating, when it should have been romantic. I would not recommend staying here.
