Horrible, I received a mailer that gave me 2 nights free for month of Feb. I called and made a reservation for 2 nights (one room) for my fiancee, my sister and myself. Upon arrival, I gave the young lady my name, drivers license and confirmation number. She ask for the mailer that I received and I told her I did not have it. She told me she could not give me a room without it. I told her I drove all the way from St Louis Mo, and she said that did not make any difference she needed the mailer. I told her she has all the information (even my credit card number that I made reservation with). I told her, the people who I made the reservation with did not tell me to be sure and bring the mailer. She told me she could not help me and would not give me a room. She was not friendly at all. I ask for the logic as they have all the information and she said they just needed the mailer to prove that I received it. I told her I called them and have confirmation number as I gave reservation clerk the number off mailer and that should be good enough. After my fiancee and I worried, thinking we were without a room room, I ask for her supervisor. After waiting and waiting, she told me the supervisor was busy on another floor but would make an exception this time and this time only. I wanted to speak to her supervisor, but she said she was busy and would not get her. I told her I will never visit Indigo again. We were there about 3 years ago and very happy but after this incident,will not go back. Especially since you cannot even talk to a supervisor when needed when something like this happens...
