My room was really nice, the electricity went out for awhile due to the winds and the TV never worked right after that. I told the front desk and they sent some up to fix it right away. At the checkout when leaving they took off all the resort fees which was really nice. They also reduced our rooms even more because of some other issues. They went over and above to make us feel comfortable and would come back and stay with them again. They didn't have to comp us for anything but their were alot of issues. The hotel did not stink at all like most of the hotels on the strip did. If all the hotel's had that dirty smoking smell and the carpets were a mess, which I believe was the reason why they smelled so bad. I would have kept trying for another hotel that did not have that dirty smell, there were only a few other ones that did not smell. I recommend this place 110 percent. The monorail is in this hotel also!
