We just got back, and honestly it was the NICEST resorts I have ever stayed at. Everyone was super nice, and we had not one complaint about any of the workers. We were not on the luxury side, but I wouldn't even recommend it as the regular side was amazing! My husband and I were there for our honeymoon, and it was the best time we could have asked for. If you are there with a significant other and we did the beach dinner, it cost $100 USD and it was well worth it. The major complaint was the dinner booking. It was very hard to get a dinner reservation that was not apart of the buffet. They did try to work with us, but we ended up having Japanese food all 3 dinners since that was the only thing open all week! our stay was from 2/07-2/12 The only other complaint I have was the bed. It was hard and not as comfortable as I was hoping it would be.
