My husband and I had reservations yesterday which was a Sunday for 3PM. We arrived at 3:15 to be told our room wasn't ready. They then gave us our coupon, two for one buffet if you reserved your room on line and acted like it was a gift for the rooms not being ready. We weren't ready to eat yet and went and sat at the Keno station and waited until 4pm. We got our room keys and went up and no towels in the room. House keeping showed up with the towels pretty much right after we arrived. We then noticed that the TV only faced the jacuzzi...You couldn't see the TV from the bed at all. No arm, no swivel, just flush to the wall. I called down and the person I spoke with said we would be placed in the same area and all the rooms in that area were the same layout. It's Sunday night...The casino was empty. They can't possibly tell me that there were no other rooms available except for where we were already. Needless to say I was very irritated. We decided to pull the mattress off the bed and put it on the floor where we could watch television after our evening of dinner and gambling. We definitely will be staying in a different casino next time. It's a shame when a lazy desk person can lie to you and ruin your overnight get away as far as to Never wanting to stay there again. I would suggest to management to put your TV's on arm mounts and re train your front desk to smile..It was noticed not a single smile...And to not lie.
