Went to eat at the buffet with my family. We got to the cash register and the cashier counted us and charged us accordingly. Once seated we were told that the cashier had made a mistake and needed to charge for one more person and demanded that we pay immediately. I asked to speak to a manager that was just as rude as the waitress that demanded we pay, I then asked for a manager above her who of course backed up his rude employees. They made such a fuss over their mistake, treated us rudly and intrupted our dinner. These managers would not own up to their mistake. Very bad social skills. Ohkay casino needs to train their employees how to work with people.
