Really ? You scheduled a water shutdown from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm? This is Las Vegas! People stay up late and wake up late. You accepted reservations for days you were going to do a water shutdown ?!!!! What were you thinking ?? The worse thing is, you don't even have a room for us to move to ??? Why did you not make advance arrangements?? This is America, not a third world country !! I called the front desk and Veronica puts me on hold. I called back and this Frank offers $25 to use at any of the restaurants. Really, $25?? Is that a joke ? You guys can stuff that $25 . I am not going back to your hotel . Very inconsiderate, very inefficient. I have never checked in to a hotel that did this . You guys should not even get a one star !
