It's very unfortunate I had a terrible experience. I heard great things from co-workers. I was awaken out of my sleep due to bed bugs!!! I called for the hotel manager. They sent the head of security on duty. They took pictures. I have pictures and videos. I was told to contact them in regards to refunding my trip and anything related to the case! I have called repeatedly and NO CALL BACK! Tonight, Ashley at the front desk told me risk management says there were NO BED BUGS!!! Explain the bites and the actual bugs in the freaking pictures and videos. Head of security on duty tonight said he will email risk management. They dont even have the decency to RETURN CALLS! Let's not talk about how I had to throw out my luggage!!!!! A week later.... it's crazy! I had hopes to get this resolved timely and be able to put a resolved rating but it seems they don't have the same wishes.
