Terrible experience. They didn't clean the rooms. Alex who he claimed to be the general manager of the entire hotel (which I didn't believe since the front desk said he was the evening desk manager)said new customers came first. So they cleaned empty rooms for new guests but didn't clean rooms of current guests. Had to track down cleaning people & take towels off their carts in the hall. Room phones didn't work, room was dusty. Alex "the manager" showed no care or concern for the problem. He for sure needed extensive customer training. He had no people skills and couldn't have cared less that we had a problem. He did say they couldn't get anyone to work there. Hum, wonder why. I will be spreading the word
