I stayed one night at the Concierge Hotel Tower, and it was an OK experience overall. Although my room was OK for the most part, I thought it could have been cleaner. There was noticeable dust accumulated in some places, and there were some strands of hair on the soap dish (next to the bathroom sink). I'm not particularly picky about those things, but I thought I should mention it for the benefit of other people. The room, itself, is quite spacious and the bed/bedding was fine. One of my concerns was wondering whether my non-smoking room would smell of smoke (seems to be a common problem in Reno hotels), but that was thankfully not an issue. Check-in and check-out services were fine, but it took a while for me to get helped (even though the line was not too long). That said, the check-in/check-out counter folks are friendly. My room came with a complimentary continental breakfast (on the 25th floor). The selection was decent. I honestly went in with very low expectations, but there is a good variety of continental breakfast items. As far as protein, there are hard-boiled eggs and milk (along with a variety of cereal boxes). They also have fruit, toast, muffins, juices, coffee, etc. I certainly wouldn't pay full price to stay here again, but I wouldn't mind coming back if I found a good deal online. Parking was plentiful, and I felt that my car was safe here.
