Very clean hotel and polite attentive staff. The front desk provided us with a welcome drink and later another staff member dropped by with welcome snacks for us. There was only one welcome drink (for a room with 2 guests) but we definitely appreciated that the bar extended the complimentary drink to the second person. The bedroom and washroom were all very modern and clean. There were two full towels provided that were very absorbent and comfortable to use. The bed was comfortable to sleep in, but any movement from your partner shakes the entire mattress making for a bad night's sleep if you have a restless partner. I would have preferred it if the shower had a bit more water pressure. Complimentary bottles of water in a cool mini-fridge were a nice touch. The building is quite large so if you end up in "Block 3" , it's actually quite a decent walk to the back of the hotel/conference centre. When there is a conference and all the attendees are in the hallways (eg. Salon Frankfurt, etc.) unfortunately sound travels quite far.
