Well our horrible experience started with the front desk. We waited for 30 minutes behind one person while there was only one employee checking people in as slow as a snail and never calling for backup. The line kept getting longer had longer as they allowed people to cut in front of us, only to be told they weren't ready for us. The room was large but the coffee maker didn't work and the speakers were blown on the TV. The buffet was also terrible. It had very limited options and was extremely high priced for what it had and for being on a Sunday. Employees kept walking by without seating us or even greeting us. Our drink orders were messed up and they cleared our table before we were finished. It was by far the worst casino buffet we have ever been to. The blackjack dealer didn't want anyone at her table and tried to refer us to a different one. The customer service across the board was awful and ruined our trip. Thanks a lot.
