I would rate this hotel 1/5 stars based on the first night experience. We had a reservation for 3 nights but we didn't get there until 10pm. We were told they were oversold and didn't have a room for us so they sent us away to another hotel few minutes away. What I'm really mad about is there were few people behind us and the man after me definitely got a room because I saw the receptionist giving him a room key as he was checking in. It's just a bad business practice in my opinion. We came back the next day and they made things better for us. We spent a lot of time at the property. The casino is small but comfortable. Great staff at the casino and we got to know some of the dealers really well. Dealer Cary, mike and sonny were our favorite. Our room faced the ocean and it was beautiful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. So maybe my lesson learned is to call the hotel or better yet hotel calling me before giving my room away.
