Although the food is okay, certainly for the price, you would expect the service to be outstanding! The servers are fairly clueless, when asked about pretty much everything had no idea. Large party of 14, we came in to celebrate a birthday and play some blackjack. After taking 20 minutes to get the first round of drinks, we were told we could not order food until we put in the 2nd round of drinks. Dinner was over 2 and half hours. While many wanted the opportunity to get to the casino. I would note, we went to the Manager after the 20 minute initial delay indicating our server needed help with the large party, and nothing really changed. Overall they offered no assistance, apology or benefit. No one in the group would consider going back, especially when we can go to other wonderful steak houses where they understand that when you plan to drop $300-500 on dinner for 2, you expect your hard earned money to give you service of quality. I agree with the other reviews here and on yelp, they need to get their service figured out.
