All false promises. Daily u complain they will kill time asking for phone no, then email id, then address, then hold for few min, I will confirm back office, then come back with lies it will be resolved today.
The next day and the day after that....same procedure, waste 7 to 8 min of ur call with the same stereo type andwers the technician will cone today.
Right from the start i had problems and have asked them to refund the amount. but nothing.
Their Manager Mr. Anil is never available when u want to talk to him. If by chance u get him he will give the same answer my technician will look into it.
Nothing again and he never picks the phone again from the same no.
