Suites although very nice and accommodating, were pretty small. Beds aren't very comfortable. Our jacuzzi tub was very dirty with chalky white residue. Outside of our room, restaurants and gambling were awesome, shops surprisingly offered very little of what I needed, but there is a lot to do. The pools were nice, even in the snow. The spa is nice and relaxing, I had a wonderful massage, then pedicure. My manicure was less enjoyable and the lady was not very friendly. Apparently they are unsure how to remove gel polish??? Overall, I'd definitely return, but after experiencing the upgrades we purchased, I'd rather just stick to the basics, and there are definitely services I would not get again.
