It has been over five years since I had returned. I was playing in a Texas Hold Em tournament back in 2010, I asked one of the employees where the poker room was (interrupted the conversation he was having with another employee) don't know what their job title was but they were both wearing suits (not security). Made me angry by the rude response. I was taught that a customer is not an interruption of your business, they are your business.
The staff seemed much more friendly in recent visits and the wife and I actually won a little $ on the machines. I guess all the Rock memorabilia goes without saying. ..
