The outside the building looks nice. Once you step inside you can clearly see the machines are out of date, very old. The place is run down. The buffet was good and the buffet hostess was nice. Other than that it was a horrible experience security and the managers were rude and seem to care less about anything. I lost my phone and they laughed at me and acted like I was an annoyance. The security guard ripped my phone number up. I will never step foot in that place again. Your better off at the Rainbow or other casinos. The other casinos were so nice and helpful trying to help me find my phone they asked for my number and told me they would call if anything came up.
