The hotel was great! Overall everything was clean, quiet and the hotel itself is in a great location relative to services and restaurants in the area. However, a couple detractors would be how spread out the hotel is. You effectively had to get out to your vehicle and drive to each part of the building as walking would have been a lengthy process through their many wildly conjoined corridors and hallways. Minervas, their house restaurant was a mediocre experience for the and quality for the price, but still a good choice for room service if you can't leave the room. The indoor pools were clean, and our kids had a good time with the slides and water toys. The convenation center was large and accommodating except for the size of the bathrooms. Our event had around 500 people attending and during breaks the lines out the bathrooms were always 20-30 strong and we actually found it faster to walk all the way back to our room, use the bathroom, and then walk back. Overall it probably deserves a 5 out of 5, but the number of small things that weren't quite right detract from the overall experience and feel of it as a high quality convention center and hotel.
