Park MGM

Monte Carlo is in a stellar location but it's? very easy to forget about for people under 50 years old in my opinion. no nightlife. no pool parties. no marketing toward a younger (not dying off baby boomer) generation. the build up in the surrounding areas are nice but again who are they marketing the property to? I'm 35 and would love to spend more time there after the remodel but from the direction it's going, I probably won't spend much time there til I'm 75.
