We had booked The Caravelle back in February for our June vacation. They called a few days ago saying renovations won't be done by our check in date so they needed to move us. At first they weren't willing to pay any extra for us at a different hotel since most hotels are charging more now as it's almost peak season. After leaving messages many times, some not so great reviews, and posting on my Facebook and theirs Chuck Burton called me and really went above and beyond to help us get into a different hotel for the same price. He is the epitome of wonderful customer service and we greatly appreciate him taking this seriously and getting to the bottom of it. If it weren't for him we'd be in a really unfortunate position right now.
