Terrible. Probably the worst customer service I have seen in a hotel and I travel about a quarter of the year for work. We went there for our wedding night, paid almost 200 for a room. We had one person in our party, who was cut off at the bar. She left immediately, her husband gave her a ride, they live 5 minutes from the casino. This caused the whole party to get cut off. Some of the women in our group started arguing with management there, at which point they said they were still good but everyone else was not, even though nobody talked to the rest of the group. I guess we should have argued too? Then we got offered a 25 dollar gift card to the buffet for our trouble. For 4 people to split. While checking out of the hotel, Chris (ID #39760) was extremely rude to my wife and pretty much anyone who was present. That guy should lose his job. All around this was terrible, I live in the area and entertain customers in the area quite a bit and will not be coming back. We paid for a room we didn't even stay in, we left because we only got one drink before getting the boot!
