When we made our reservation we had booked a room with 2 Queen beds, however upon arrival we were informed that the only rooms available were with king beds, and one of those rooms was a smoking room. We pleaded with the front desk agent, explaining that we booked a room with two beds, and she did not make any effort to accommodate us because of their mistake. The best we were offered was a roll away. Additionally, we were charged the exact same rate, even though we didn't get what we had booked, and we didn't even stay in the same hotel, we were put up at the Isle next door. This all would have not been an issue had their been any effort made to apologize, but that was not the case. For $300 I think we will be taking our business elsewhere on our next visit.
