Very nice hotel rooms, amazing new pool & most of the staff are amazing. I would give 5 stars, but the last time I was there the staff in the casino were somewhat rude & very unhelpful. Also the last few times I've been 1/2 of the machines were broken & nobody cared to get them fixed. On a good note though, they always send me 2 free nights at the hotel every month & most months they give you bonus money to play on. I've gotten between $5 & $50 in bonus play every month. I would definitely recommend Winstar for those in Texas that can't afford to make a trip to Vegas or Louisiana. They also have great shows & concerts so there is something there that the whole family can enjoy, especially those with children who are too young to gamble.
