Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Maybe i was just having a bad day but here are the things i disliked: 1) Terrible signage of where to check in/drop off. 2)Hassled me because rez was in wifes name not mine. 3) No help with where to park and didn't tell me there was a code needed for parking. 4)Elevator doors close very fast, my son got stuck on the elevator after jumping back inside b/c of door closing on him, then he was trapped b/c he didn't have a key card to operate the elevator. 5)Power in room did not work so i called front desk and they would send somebody up. Nobody came so i complained at front desk on way to dinner. Power still not working after dinner so i called front desk (on speaker phone b/c hand held didn't work) and a different lady asked if i "put the key card in power slot"? Apparently there is a power outlet by the door that enables the power in your room when you put your key card in it. Great energy saver but nobody told us, even when i complained twice. 6)Absolutely zero directions to pool until you are standing right next to it. 7)After the pool, my key card from South tower would not work elevator in the East tower so my son and i had to walk outside, across the street and through the lobby in our towels to get back to our room. 8)Buffet was dry, cold and tasteless.
The positives: 1)Our room is nice 2)Nice group price b/c we were with a hockey team. 3)Buffet was inexpensive.
