I had a great experience at this hotel. Room was good and service was OUTSTANDING! I was on a business trip and lost a very sentimental necklace, I didn't realize it until I got home, three states later, that I lost it. I called the hotel and my first call was after hours and they directed me, after tons of help, with a ticket number, to the main lost and found associates. I left a message and was called back immediately. They found my very precious necklace, and mailed it out free of charge to me the next day. Customer service is a very challenging business to be in and the amount of attention and patience they showed me was unforgettable. This team showed the best definition of customer service that i have ever experienced to date! I will forever book my Reno trips with them.
