The resort was beautiful. All of the employees were great! They were friendly and always eager to help with whatever you need. From the wait staff in all the restaurants, bars and lounge, the "green men" climbing the palm trees to bring you fresh coconuts, the cleaning staff and the Sales people (Eddie from the spa was my favorite) also Jaime who greeted the people (I believe Daniel Jamie he wrote on his card I asked for) he was a very nice gentleman who answered a lot of my questions about the lifestyle of the people who live and work in the resort and the people of the Dominican Republic. EVERYONE did such a terrific job! The only reason I could not give a 5 star is that we had trouble with our air conditioning in our room. With it being so humid in the Dominican Republic you (well.. I) NEED the air to cool down. The resort did however try multiple times to get it working properly (the HVAC guy was also nice) but with no luck they did end up bringing us a portable air conditioner to use the remainder of our stay. I will add that the resort did offer us to change rooms but we only had a couple days left and would have to move us further away from the beach and I did not want to make that change. Again, Everyone was very accommodating and very nice. I would love to plan another trip back! Thank you to EVERYONE at the resort you all deserve a 5 Star ??????????
