The building in nice. The food is good. But it is by far the worst hotel I've been as far as being handicapped accessible.
There are no buttons on the outside or inside of the public restrooms to open the door. And those doors are heavy.
The bathroom doors in the handicapped rooms are more of a hazard than a help. They open up into the room and towards the room door. So if someone were to fall in that space the front door would be useless. When brought up to the staff the response was "Well we can get to you from the outside." Do you really want to take the extra time in an emergency?
I guarantee that management has never tried to go through their building from a seated position.
