This casino is glamorous and trendy from the outside looking in, but once you get a glimpse? of the inner workings or talk to a few employees here, it becomes clear that this property is sub par when compared to price, competition and expectations. The security team does not fully value the safety of guests or employees. Vehicles are boosted from the parking garage, drunk and disorderly vagrants frequent the common areas. You will be charged for every little thing and expected to tip on everything at 20% or higher. This is in a city that enjoys a minimum wage 4x that of some states. Also, unless you just want to wait in line to pay too much to eat, drink or gamble, there is nothing to do.
