We typically stay here three times a year and it's ok for the price, but this visit was awful! I put in the reservation notes that I needed a first floor room which did not happen, the clerks response was "at least we have elevators". Yes, these elevators would be great if I wasn't with two children one whom is terrified of them! This was brought up, the clerk just laughed it off saying I don't want to know. So there I am two young kids a bad knee and all our luggage walking up the stairs. Get in our room to find that the toilet can only be flushed by taking off the tank lid and pulling the lever on the inside. Not wanting to re-gather our things I just dealt with it. Finally go to bed and the bed was the least comfortable bed I've ever been on, I would have slept better in my car! Like I said we typically stay about three times a year but after this stay I doubt I will ever return
