The service is focus in upgrade to VIP and to outside activities and not to customers service in general. In general the service acceptable. They have to work in general service to get new customer arrive and then sale an upgrade service. Because the building in rooms need upgrade and check in and check out service more customers service oriented. Does is matter is local or international. Need more customers service professionals to deal with customers issues.
