I hated my time here. It took forever to check into my room (3 hours) after a 12.5 hour flight. The room wasn't put together, light fixtures were broken, and the staff constantly entered the room without knocking, at one point entering while I was naked. The "hospitality" was so over the top, it was aggravating...like the 6am calls I received (2) asking me if I wanted my bags carried down on the day I was leaving when checkout wasn't til noon...further the food was low quality. Learned my lesson about all inclusive. If you want quantity it's all good, but don't expect quality. The alcohol is ever flowing so that's cool if you wanna drink and forget the whole experience all together...I should say the ocean was lovely and the pools were decent...but don't expect privacy and don't wander off the compound (it's dangerous).
