Not a pleasant experience at all!!
Ordered medium rare porterhouse steaks and they came out well done!
The service was ehhhh, but was the only one that even cracked a smile. We also ordered fajitas and onion rings. The steaks came out first, about 15 minutes later the plate with the rice, beans, tortillas, and lettuce came out.
About another 15 minutes or so and the meat and veggies for the fajitas, which most of veggies were burnt, and the onion rings finally made it to the table. Keep in mind... steaks have been on the table for 30 plus minutes before fajitas and onion rings!!! When we asked for the manager we never saw the server again, no one got a drink refill. The lady who claimed to be the manager turned out to be a shift supervisor. When we asked for the manager we were told he was to "busy " to speak with us. The steaks were very tough and found out while leaving that they have had many, many complaints about the porterhouse steaks. If all this wasn't bad enough they were very rude from beginning to end!
I will never recommend or return to this establishment!!!
